When you fill in a form on this site I collect what you type: usually your name, your email address and your answers to the form questions, for example which workflow eats your week. That's it. No accounts, no payment details on this site.
I use your details to send you the thing you asked for: the newsletter, a webinar invite and replay, or a reply to your intake. Emails are sent through my email provider, and every one of them has an unsubscribe link that works on the first click.
I don't sell your data, rent it, or share it with anyone except the services that deliver what you asked for, such as my email and form providers. No data broker has ever heard of you because of me.
This site uses your browser's local storage to remember small things like which guides you've unlocked on this device. Analytics, where enabled, is used to understand aggregate traffic, not to follow you around the internet.
Unsubscribe any time using the link in any email. If you want your details corrected or deleted, reply to any email from me and I'll sort it.
